Abonable Snow me

Well back and kinda stuck here and there in the Northwest travel hell. I have bean in some interesting perdicuments. Stiming from very bad and lumpy interstates to road clossers, to abanden cars on off road hills,to un passable parking lots never plowed during the 14 or so inches on the coast, to having a ride to zoo town then giving it up for a straight shot ride to not having because of car troubles to missing out on one over sold gray dog adventure to the next taking that adventure only falling short in Pasco Washington cause snow bombed spokane was shut down. Then when after 16 hours in this oasis on towrds spokane only to have to wait another 5 hours for the next try on zoola.

So do you pick up on my string pullin back to the south??? Cause it's dafinently there. THAT AND i COULD USE ALOT OF CAFFINE OR A COUPLE VERY STIFF COCTAILS.. Happy New Year All.......... May the Schwag be with you.....

Nats and back

Well everyone I'm back to normal life style ,my travels on a rest for a bit and ready for the R an R with some drinken and eatting hopefully in moderation. The nats were everything and more than I expected. Very good talent with the conditions not in my favor with my tire set up or totol mud and slipperie ice like corse. Could of used the tubullers running around 28 pounds of pressure, haven 2 bikes one being and readed each lap. I know by the way some of the top 5 went by me and my 40 pounds of tire preasure with ease ,I put alot more energy into trying to move forward than thease guys and they were in tip top fito.

Good experience and after I got over the bumin out mode about the conditions I sufferend it out but did have some fun. Getten on the podium was a huge challenge and it really felt good. And the big pluss is lookin forward to next year espeacilly sence the event may be in the great northwest.

I drove all the way back from KC to Pheonix in two days and have the flat spots on the cheeks to prove it. After a flight to the northwest to be with familly and freinds for the holidays I am done for a few on the travel thing. Enjoy the hollidays everone will be thinken of you. ML

November 29th and all is well

I rode with a freind rom th e Rio Rancho days today we went to this dam area on a resavation that we used to ride to cause of the low car tally. It was on the cold and windy side but duable and we caught up on alot of things.

This is gram man who now has a road bike wighing in at 14 lbs. ANd yes that is cheating atleast in a uci race. Hince the name gramage.

We headed back to town from the dam and so about 20 more peole heade the same way from three different teams.

We got back to town and over to Richie Riches house and he showed me his new found passion being a full dreessed harey which is probolly better than the undressed version.

I rode out another hour after that and I'm in the worie mode about the legs. I think I tagged them way to hard last week, there in the hurt all the time so woops again. They'll be good for nats or what?????????????????

Take care and peace............. ML
